Where are you based?
MemVis Studio is located in Billingham in the North East of England. It is a small industrial town situated a few miles from Middlesbrough.
Do you offer your services internationally?
Of course! We realise that in this day and age it is possible to have clients worldwide, and we already do have a few. We accept projects from anybody and everybody, no matter where they are located. As long as you can pay, we can cater for you!
What is your procedure for a project?
Once you have made initial contact via e-mail or the quote form, we will either arrange a meeting with you (UK customers only) or we will discuss your project in-depth via e-mail or IM. We carry out extensive planning to make sure that we are both on the same wavelength in terms of what you require. Once this is finalised, we will create a number of samples for you to look through and give opinions on. Any changes are implemented following this, and we will keep chipping away at it until we are both satisfied! At this point, we will request any content etc. from you (if applicable) and then complete the remainder of the project. We like to keep you as involved as possible so that you are happy with everything we do.
Can you look after my site for me?
We offer Maintenance Packages if you do not have the knowledge or time to update / look after your site yourself. If you need periodic changes to your flyers (ie. dates/venues etc.) then this is included in the initial price as it is an easy thing to change.
Design changes will be subject to a fee, however.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, and we ask all of our international clients to pay via this. For UK & Ireland customers, we welcome cheques, postal orders and bank transfers aswell.
When is payment expected?
We try to be as flexible as possible regarding payment. We will ask for a percentage upfront from the client to cover ourselves in the event of the project failling through. The balance is then due 30 days upon completion.
